We also always recommend keeping the translation of your allergy in your phone to be sure you have it on hand if you need to double check that the dish you would like to try does not have the allergen in it.

Reservations are required and can be made outside Windows Buffet from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Dress code required, dry clothes and shoes, no swimsuits.

Gentlemen are required to wear long pants, closed toe shoes and no sleeveless shirts (no tank tops/ singlets).

RECREATION 

Activities are available daily: kayak, table tennis, beach soccer, beach volleyball, tennis, snorkeling, and aerobics. 

FITNESS

Gym is available for use from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 

BEACH & POOL

Private beach and 5 pools with swim-up bar available at the main pool. Swimming allowed from dawn to dusk. To receive a beach towel present card at a towel kiosk. Any lost towels or cards will incur a fine.  

ROOM AMENITIES 

Rooms will come with two room keys and will need a Breakaway staff member to replace any lost or stolen keys (fee may be charged to guests). Rooms also include:

• Individually controlled air conditioning
• Daily restocked mini fridge (water & pop)
• Plasma TV with cable channels
• Hairdryer, telephone and coffeemaker
• In-room safe (extra charge)

ENTERTAINMENT 

During the day there are activities and games run by hotel staff and available by the pool area. 

An evening show is offered at 9:30 PM in the main theatre. 

EXTRA INFO
There is an ATM at the resort. We suggest that you bring about $300 CAD for souvenirs, tips, and potential medical expenses. You can exchange money at the front desk. 

There is a mini market/gift shop on site next to the lobby that opens from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Items such as snacks, beverages, sunscreen, clothing, souvenirs, etc. are available. 

Wifi is available to all hotel guests free of charge with premium wifi available for an additional charge.

A Breakaway Beach medic will be available for passengers. If you require medical assistance please find a staff member to help you. 

If there is an emergency the closest hospital is listed below and offers 24 hour emergency services. Passport, travel insurance card and form a payment (credit card or local currency)  will be needed upon arrival.
