Code of Conduct

  • If you have NOT read through the Code of Conduct, do it now.

  • It is a set of guidelines on how to have fun while staying safe. It has some tips on how to act while abroad and some basic laws of the land that must be followed.

  • Everyone needs to review the Code of Conduct, sign it (and parents if under 18 yrs old), and hand it to your Trip Leader when you meet with them at the airport.

  • Remind everyone in your group to print out, review the Code of Conduct with their parents, sign it, and bring them to the airport. You can not travel without it.

24-hour free wifi in designated areas of the hotel.

Safes   

Safes are available in each room for a per-day fee purchasable from the front desk.

 

Room Keys

1 room key provided for each passenger at check-in. $5 fee for lost cards.

Main Buffet

Formal dress code – no bathing suits or tank top shirts can be worn in the buffet.

Food Allergies

Guest Services can coordinate with the Food & Beverage department to accommodate food allergies. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, be sure to let us know before your trip by filling out the Medical Conditions section on My Profile.

Facilities & Hours

Pool Use

Pools are open from dawn to dusk. No swimming is permitted after dusk. 

 

Fitness Centre

Fitness center available from 6am to 10pm.

 

Mini Market / Gift Shop

Gift Shop available in the hotel lobby. 

 

ATM 

ATM available in the hotel lobby. 

 

Exchanging money

Money Exchange is available at the front desk, however American currency is widely accepted on the island. 

 

Beach Towels

Towel cards are provided during check in and can be exchanged for beach towels at kiosks around the resort. Lost towels or towel cards will be subject to a $40 fee at checkout.

Medical Facilities

Resort Clinic

A doctor is on call at the resort clinic 24/7. If you are feeling ill or would like to see the doctor, please visit the Info Desk and one of our staff will assist you with the clinic process.
