Wifi is available to all hotel guests free of charge.

Rooms will include air conditioning, daily stocked mini fridge with water & pop, plasma TV with cable channels, hairdryer, coffeemaker and in-room safe (extra charge). We recommend you use the safe for your valuables like cash, wallet, passport and phone. Pick a code that everyone in your room will remember and do not carry your passport around with you.

The resort offers tennis, beach volleyball, bikes (1-hour rentals), soccer, foosball, and various beach and pool activities. The gym is open 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The gym is located under the Theatre close to the Main Lobby. You are welcome to enjoy the private beach located on the property as well as two pools (one with a swim up bar). To receive a beach towel present card (received at check in) at the towel kiosk. Any lost towels or cards will incur a fine.  

There is a casino on site in the Hacienda Doña Isabel and you can watch all your favourite sports teams at the Sports Bar. Dance at the La Rancherita Nightclub and enjoy the atmosphere of three bars on the resort.

There are two ATM machines located on the resort, in the main lobby for USD and in Hacienda Doña Isabel for Mexican Peso. We suggest that you bring about $300 USD for souvenirs, tips, and potential medical expenses. You can also exchange money at the front desk. 

There is a mini market/gift shop called ‘Coba + Village Shop’ located in Hacienda Doña Isabel on site. Items such as snacks, beverages, sunscreen, clothing, souvenirs, etc. are available.

A la carte restaurants are available and require reservations that can be made in the lobby with a hotel staff member. Three reservations per room.

Restaurants include Japanese Peruvian fusion, Mediterranean, Mexican, Gourmet, Italian, and Japanese. There is a Brazilian Steakhouse, Indian and Mexican offered at the Grand Tulum section of the resort but are included in your package.

Resort Clinic

A doctor is on call at the resort clinic 24/7. If you are feeling ill or would like to see the doctor, please visit the Info Desk and one of our staff will assist you with the clinic process.
